On-Line Account Services
--City of Canandaigua residents and property owners now have the option of paying their water/sewer utility bills and accessing information about the status of their water/sewer utility accounts on-line..
Set up your on-line account access / Payment Options.
You will need your account number and the amount from your most recent payment to access the on-line system.
The fee for paying on line is a flat fee of $1.25 plus 3.75% of the payment amount.
If you do not want to pay the fee, the City offers an automatic withdrawal from your account for free. You can call the Clerk-Treasurer’s office at (585) 396-5000 ext. 5015 for information on how to sign up or fill-out a Canandaigua Automatic Payment System (CAPS) form.
--Additionally you can pay your Parking Tickets online, if you try and get an error this is due to the ticket not yet being in the system. Simply wait a few days and try again.
--Property Taxes are also now payable online. Please note their is a 3.75% surcharge by using this service.
