Reserving Park Facilities
Reservations for Kershaw Park picnic pavilions are available for $50 per use for City residents and $90 for non-residents (plus an additional refundable $25 cleaning deposit). Restroom facilities are available at the bathhouse.
Baker and Sonnenberg Park Pavilions offer sheltered pavilions and restroom facilities which may be reserved by any individual or organized group for a fee of $50 for City residents (plus an additional refundable $25 cleaning deposit) and $90 for non-residents (plus a refundable $25 cleaning deposit). Please note that we do close and winterize these facilities- weather dependent- early to mid- October. These facilities usually open around Memorial Day. Key pickup is required for entry to Sonnenberg Park. Deposit will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of facilities by parks staff and return of key (if applicable).
Jefferson Park Pavilion is now an all season facility and may be reserved by any individual or organized group for a fee of $60 for City residents (plus an additional refundable $250 cleaning deposit) and $100 for non-residents (plus a refundable $250 cleaning deposit). Key pickup is required. Deposit will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of facilities by parks staff and return of key.
The gazebo at Kershaw Park may be reserved for a fee of $50 for 2 hours with a maximum fee of $450 per day for City residents (cancellation fee of $25) and $75 for 2 hours for non-residents with a maximum fee of $600 for the day (cancellation fee of $100). A refundable cleaning fee of $25.00 will also be charged to all Gazebo rentals.
Note: Gazebo rental does not include beach entrance. Restrooms are available at the Kershaw Bath House.
Reservations can be made by downloading and printing the Facility Use form. Please mail your form and payment to:

Reservations can also be made by clicking on "Online Program Registrations" and choosing Facilities. Look for your pavilion in the list. If there is a green reserve button, it is available. You will be able to create an online reservation with payment that will be confirmed via email by City staff.
Please note that reservations will not be confirmed until payment is received. Non-refundable cancellation fee of $10. No refund given if cancellation is within two weeks of reservation.
